On Arrival – One must check in before 4pm and then just chill out.

8:00pm | Medical overview individually accessed. Blood pressure, weight, height and any other ailments the client would wish to discuss. (Important! The facilitators are not doctors or nurses or are in any way affiliated to the medical profession, but they have a basic knowledge of health.) |
10:00pm | 40 winks. Slowing the mind and body down with light exercise and short meditation. |
11:00pm | Lights out, all appliances down |

To stop and smell the roses.
Slow down to relax more and stress less.
Slow down without procrastinating and you’ll be more productive.
