Our facilitators will be guiding you through 3 sobriety practices per day during your stay. They are routines and rituals when completed over a long period will be of great benefit, for ones body and mind.

E.F.T… Emotional Freedom Techniques

A new discovery that combines ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology with startling results.

T.R.E… Tension, Stress and Trauma release.

This is a series of exercises that assist the body in releasing stress, tension and trauma. It safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that release muscular tension, calming down the nervous system… When the muscle shaking vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return to a state of balance.

Dry Skin Brushing
Dry skin brushing should always begin at the feet and move up the body, stroking towards the heart.
Its an excellent way of stimulating and increasing circulation to keep cellulite away.
Also improves blood flow,clears the pores and removes dead skin.

After just a few days of following the regime the skin will appear smooth, softer and boast a natural radiant glow.
